Then before the conversation went further the foreman came out the door. Bob noticed for the first time how powerful was the man’s build. He was tall and rangy, yet he seemed to radiate power. Not until the bucket had reached the height of the cableway was he able to take any interest in looking about him. The second or so that had elapsed since he had taken passage on the concrete conveyor had been fully occupied in putting himself in a position where he could hold on and not be in danger of being tipped over the side. Worming himself around he found he could seat himself comfortably in the hook that held the bucket and clasp his arms around the great iron ball that hung just under the many sheaved pulley. “No. Nobody stood on the table but me,” said Johnny Blossom. “And they didn’t shake hands with any one else either; and that is as true—as true”—.

was supposed to get a verification code text, but didn't
get it. I clicked resend a couple time, tried the "call

either. the trouble shooting had no info on if the call
me instead fails.There was

“Some surprise those chaps will get!” laughed Bob to himself as he started down the river in the general direction of the dam. “I wonder what they’ll do. Hit the high spots probably getting away from this neck of the woods!” “Catch that boat-hook there!” he shouted, as it floated almost to the edge of the wharf. No questions were asked them. Evidently they were taken for tramps who had a little money. Several days elapsed, and no answer was returned from the Abate. Julia too well understood this silence..
