The story had fairly begun when Mrs. Wopp, Nell Gordon and Mrs. Bliggins could be heard coming up the ladder. “Do you think fun the first business of the world?” Vigorously cleaning up the still bewildered victim, Mrs. Wopp hurled fresh orders. “Then you don’t love yer li’l sister ef you don’t want her to look like you.” Betty almost wept..
